Important South Carolina Voting Information
Together, our voices can make a difference, and we can bring our country away from darker times to come if we do not stand for our rights. We must push forward, and have our voices heard on important issues that will either progress the entire nation or stifle our future before it has a chance to truly grow.
“I’ll tell you this – this may make you feel better, but I really don’t care – if an opening comes in the last year of President Trump’s term, and the primary process has started, we’ll wait until the next election”

OUR PROGRAMS
OUR PROGRAMS
TransAction
SC Equality’s Transgender Inclusion Initiative, known as TransAction South Carolina, continues to grow grassroots engagement and influence state public policy. This initiative has been instrumental in identifying the need for increased transgender education in many of our society’s fundamental institutions.
GSA Network
SC Equality is committed to ensuring a future where every student who walks the halls of our schools and who sits at the desks in our classrooms is safe and protected. In 2011, we created the SC GSA Network (South Carolina Gay-Straight Alliance Network). The SC GSA Network is the only National GSA Network member in the Palmetto State.
Faith in Equality
Faith in Equality was created as a provider of information and resource materials to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth and their families who are seeking to overcome the stigma and misunderstanding that can negatively impact the emotional, psychological as well as spiritual well-being of both youth and those around them.
